Mumford and Sons - Below My Feet
My walls have been plastered with everything I find inspirational for as long as I can remember. Since I'm kind of obsessed with collaging I think I one day it just occurred to me that I needed to scale up and move my work from a sketch book to something a tad bigger. Anything from magazines clippings, business cards, quotes, doodles, polaroids, post cards... anything that's quirky, eye-catching or just think needs to be displayed ends up on my walls. Recently I have collected a decently sized pile of collage "worthy" pieces and decided to do a bit of sprucing up to my main wall. I don't remember how this wall looked before this project began one day and it's very strange seeing the wall become more bare as I remove the old pieces. As I am still working on the update, I decided to share a bit of the old wall before revealing the finished product.
